• You need GN Points to earn these prizes, and to earn GN points, it’s pretty simple,

• To invite friends, simply click on the “Invite Friends” tab, and copy your unique referral link and share with your friends, or just add their email and send an invite.

After 30 people who register using your referral link, you’ll become the Gold Member, which allows you to earn twice the amount of any given mission:

• Check-in daily and click on the “Collect Daily Points on the left or click on the Red Tab “Get Daily GN Now” on the right side to claim your free GN point:

• Daily Mission: Don’t get confused with Daily check-in, in daily mission, you’re to attend a simple survey and claim your reward, it can be worth 1 GN - 2 GN per mission (or VP Points**), just check the value on the right side of the question,

• Extra Mission: Now you don’t get this very often, these are basically advertisement type questions, they ask you certain type of questions. Remember these questions are worth 2 GN – 5 GN.

• Social Mission: These missions are equally simple and easy as the Daily & Extra missions, in this missions you’re asked to follow their pages or their partner’s pages.

•    Fast Mission: Now, this is the last method to earn GN points, these missions don’t like to wait around for long, and these missions cannot be done with your eyes closed, they ask general questions regarding history or scientific questions, these aren’t the simple ones, the good thing is we have Google in our life to make our life easy and lazy, just google the question and voila, you’re don, you earned that amount of GN or VP**. Normally these questions are worth 2 GN, sometime it may go up or down or even give you VP** points, and don’t forget that there is a 10 min timer on these type of mission, and these can come 2-3 times a day.

•   If you don’t want to miss the opportunity to complete these tasks, don’t forget to install their notification app from Google Play Store,  Gokano Notification App (click to install), unfortunately there is no such app for ios devices yet.

(If you’re the unfortunate ios user, then you have a walk-around method to get these notifications, just like their Facebook, Instagram & Twitter fan pages and turn On their priority notification).

•  Now, you have earned enough GN to redeem a prize, but you go to the prize you want and it says “Out of Stock”. Well the prizes are not always available for you to order, they’re only available during the “Big restocks” & “Mini/Fast Restocks”.

• *Big restocks: In this type of restock all the prizes shown on their prizes tabs are now in stock, be quick, because there are thousands of other people waiting to claim their prizes, but obviously the stock is limited, so the first one to fill the order form will get the prize in 4-6 weeks from the date of placing the order.

 * Remember to fill this form accurately as this will be sent on whatever address you write in the form, it cannot be changed later, so be quick and accurate, and if it says out of stock, try refreshing that page 2-3 times, still says the same? Try a different prize. Still says the same? Sorry, then the prizes are already out of stock, you were late, or maybe they were super quick. I have read many comments on Gokano’s fan pages saying that Gokano is a scam, well you were late in ordering the prize that isn’t their fault, don’t believe me? Try checking their ‘Gallery” tab on their website, and see for yourself the users who ordered the prizes and their proof.

• Now, if you were fortunate enough to order the prize but you don’t know if the order was successful, then go to your “profile” tab and you should be able to see the prize you ordered and a “Waiting Status”, that means you successfully ordered your prize, it should be delivered within 4-6 weeks (according to Gokano) not earlier than 4 weeks from the date of placing the order and not later than 6 weeks. It’s been over 6 weeks? Then make sure to contact them on their Facebook fan page or e-mail them, they should help you out. (**NOTE: they may cancel the prize or even ban your account if they found out that you've cheated)

As for the order tracking number, they only provide the tracking numbers for expensive prizes, and not for the small/cheaper prizes

2.        “Account Termination

• Operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate Accounts of:

4. Users inactive for 180 days.

• Extreme violations of Terms of Service: a) providing URLs to website in any part of the Service without Operator’s permission; b) performing actions automatically, by using programs, bots or any other IT means serving the purpose to bypass personal activity in the Service.
